MOSKOVITS MIKSA Palace, located opposite the Apollo palace, was built according to the plans of the same architect, between 1904 and 1905. It is a new sample of appetite for Rimanóczy's German source secession, secession münchenez, the so-called Lilienstil, in the case.

In its construction, for the first time in Oradea, prefabricated concrete panels with metal ribs were used. It benefits from a rich vegetal-symbolic ornament, a perfect sliding of the curves and a very well worked secession hardware. The vegetal elements predominate, flowers with long stems, curvilinear, which we find in all the decorated elements. At the ground floor level, the plant ornaments are placed under the calves, on consoles, around the gaps.
