The stylish minimalistic image of this house is recognizable at a glance. Strict and elegant silhouette-a fragile glass volume enclosed in a powerful concrete armor. The original architecture of the house is an interpretation of modern constructivism. Visually, the house seems to be a regular rectangle, but in fact the building spot has a complex trapezoidal shape. The main facade of the house is narrower and more closed-transparent window inserts are interspersed with blank panels of neutral graphite color in a special way. At the same time, the back of the facade is wider and completely transparent. On the sides of the main volume of the house, under the General plane of the roof, there are two narrow terraces through which the house can be passed through. This unusual design solution allowed us to arrange a cozy patio with a Seating area and a fireplace for a barbecue. The house has another undeniable plus-a large exploited roof.
