Aurea
A collective social housing project located in a suburban district of Morangis in the south of Paris. The volumetry, divided into six two-storey blocks on the ground floor, allows the operation to be closely associated with the scale of the surrounding pavilions. The exterior insulation system chosen for the treatment of the façades is covered with a smooth white plaster. The façades located at the indentations and caesures that punctuate the façades are treated with a plaster tinted "gold" yellow.

Les logements sont traversants et bénéficient tous d'une terrasse de 10 m² ou d'un jardin, constituant un espace supplémentaire permettant un véritable usage : repas, détente, jardinage, jeux pour les enfants... Le plan standard des cellules repose sur un principe de six espaces de 11 m², permettant plusieurs configurations de cloisonnement. Par exemple, les salons peuvent être traversants (double orientation Est-Ouest), maintenant un espace ouvert entre la cuisine, le salon et la terrasse, ou plus traditionnellement cloisonnés. Chaque logement dispose d'un cellier accessible depuis les terrasses ou les paliers.
